My critical perspective on this topic would be revolving into the Feminism Theory, On where a women has certain expectations of knowlegde what a lady should or should not do, without any acceptance of what she would want to do or see herself as, the freedom of act, it can contribute on how women in the past years have been minipulated and influenced into certain acts, such as being told that " skinny is beautiful". The perspective on a healthy body to women, in being lean, tall, thin, small waist, they say women should be skinny to obtain a feminine body. Magazines are a huge impact, currently on a magazine "How to lose weight in 1 week", pushes our women to maintain that idea that they must lose weight to become thinner to feel beautiful or gorgeous. There is that pressure from society on a certain perspective of what everyone thinks is acceptable, being that a women should look like a specific way if not , women who are not blessed with specific features are not beautiful. If women do fit the ideal idea, women feel lower then how they really are or even should be. It is that critizism from society that make women feel trapped underneath their own skin, and makes women fall deeper in social standards or perspective expectations of what men see desire or what society demands of a FEMININE APPEARANCE.
